Description of Job
Include the following bullets in proposal:
Permits are not included
Water & sewer stub out only
Cutting of concrete by MSP, patching to be completed by third party
Fire proof to be completed by third party
All water lines to be run in Flowguard Gold CPVC and underground whenever possible
All water lines to be run in Pex
Backfill of ditches to be completed by third party
MSP is not responsible for any existing sanitary lines
MSP is not responsible for any unforseen problems that may occur during construction
MSP is not responsible for replacement of any sod or if the existing grass dies during construction
MSP is not responsible for any patching or repair of damage to walls, floors, etc; this must be completed by appropriate contractor
All fixtures to be by specs or equal
One-year warranty on parts & labor supplied by MSP
Payment is due upon completion
MSP is not responsible for seeding or final grade
MSP is not responsible for any electrical work; electrical work must be completed by third party
Sewer is priced for gravity flow; if pump is required due to lack of fall, additional labor & material charges will be billed
MSP is not responsible for the excavation or fill material
MSP is not responsible for any dewatering; if dewatering is needed an additional cost will apply
Remove cut concrete to dumpster supplied by third party
